Rule n° 1- General
Lesrésines3d is based in France.
We sell material that we have in stock, or that is available from our direct suppliers.
All our products are checked before being delivered to you.
Rule n° 2- Application of the General Conditions
The present general conditions of sale are brought to the attention of the customer by a hypertext link on the home page of the site.
Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the buyer to these general conditions of sale.
Rule n° 3- Contact by Email
Lesrésines3d will do its best to answer any question by email within 48 working hours.
The client must ask us directly any questions he may have concerning payment, delivery, and guarantees for the products he has purchased from Lesrésines3d.
Lesrésines3d will do its utmost to find solutions adapted to each person.
Emails will be sent to the address given when you create your account on lesresine3d.fr. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please check your spam folder for a reply from us.
Rule n° 4 - Prices
The prices are indicated in Euros (€).
The prices indicated are exclusive of VAT, article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Delivery costs are not included.
Prices may be subject to slight modifications, without notice, depending on the supply and prices of our suppliers. Prices are subject to typographical error. If there is an error on our part, we reserve the right to either honor the incorrect price or to inform the customer of the error and ask if they still wish to order the item or if they prefer to cancel the order.
No discount will be offered if in the meantime the price of the product should decrease or increase.
Rule 5 - Documentation
All photos, videos and other multimedia content are not contractual.
We are likely at any time to expand, modify, evolve, any content on our site.
Rule n° 6 - Payment
All orders from ifunfrance.fr are payable in Euros.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order by the Purchaser. At no time, the sums paid can be considered as deposits.
To pay for the order, the buyer has all the means of payment mentioned on the order form: credit card (credit card, Mastercard, Visa), Paypal.
The buyer guarantees Lesrésines3d that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment he/she has chosen, when the order form is registered.
Lesrésines3d reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever their nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Buyer, or in the event of a payment incident.
Lesrésines3d reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer's identity card and/or proof of address for any order.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, the information relating to your order may be checked for verification.
In case of cancellation of the order by the Buyer, for any reason except force majeure, any deposit paid at the time of the order will be automatically acquired by the Supplier and will not give rise to any refund.
Rule n° 7 - Availability
Lesrésines3d will honor orders subject to its available stock.
Lesrésines3d strives to offer only products that it has in stock and to inform, as far as possible, on its website of the date of restocking of each item that is out of stock.
In the case where a product would have been sold but not available in our stock, we commit ourselves contacting you by email within 30 days as from your order in order to inform you of the state of our stock, and of our times of restocking.
You will then have the opportunity to choose to be delivered, or to cancel your order and be refunded as soon as possible.
Rule n° 8 - Delivery
The products will be delivered to the relay parcel or to the residence indicated by the purchaser on the order form, in Metropolitan France.
In order to ship the ordered products to the buyer, Lesrésines3d has chosen to work with Boxtal as a priority.
The departure order is given by Lesresines3d after full payment of the order. This deadline is given as an indication and any overrun cannot give rise to damages.
In any case, and in accordance with the provisions of article L 121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, we indicate before the order (payment choice page) the deadline by which we undertake to deliver the product ordered, subject to full payment of the price.
The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. They are automatically calculated according to the weight of your order and appear in the summary of your order before its final validation.
In case of non-receipt of a parcel within the indicated time, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or return can be made. At the end of this investigation, and if it indicates a lack of service from the carrier, the customer will be fully refunded or the product will be reshipped.
Upon receipt of your package, we recommend that you check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and indicate, if necessary, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.
Rule n° 9 - Guarantee
Before any return, the customer is asked to contact Lesresines3d.
The warranty conditions are those provided by the manufacturers. You can contact Lesresines3d.
Lesresines3d is a reseller of several products and is not responsible at any time for the failure of a product manufactured
by another company.
The products are guaranteed by the manufacturers against any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, except for special conditions expressly stated. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by a copy of its purchase invoice, including all the product and its accessories as well as the serial number of the product when it has one. All costs and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The guarantees do not cover:
wear and tear of the product due to intense use
abnormal, illicit or non-conforming use of the products;
damage resulting from abnormal shocks
errors in handling or modifications made by the buyer
defects and consequences related to any external cause (e.g. shock, accident, contact with water, lightning, current fluctuation...)
the replacement of consumables
damage due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by Lesresines3d.
In cases where Lesresines3d refuses to take responsibility for the guarantee, the costs of repair, shipping and return will be charged to the customer.
In any case, the legal guarantee applies which obliges the seller to guarantee the buyer against all consequences of hidden defects in the thing sold.
In an effort to always better serve its customers, Lesresines3d agrees to serve as an intermediary to exchange or communicate with the manufacturer to ensure that the customer receives a satisfactory service for which he or she paid. In this sense, Lesresines3d chooses its suppliers with a real concern for after-sales service. Lesresines3d does not tolerate suppliers who do not take responsibility for their defective products.
Article 10 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser has fourteen days from the date of receipt, to return at his expense and risk, the products ordered for reimbursement must be returned to Lesresines3d in perfect condition, in their original state (accessories, instructions), duly sealed. Any incomplete, damaged or damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged, although the customer may keep it.
In the event of a request for reimbursement by the customer, Lesresines3d in accordance with articles L121-20-1 to L121-20-7 of the Consumer Code, has a period of 14 days from the date of return of the products to reimburse the customer, depending on the date on which this right was exercised. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
